Background

First Class Youth (FCY) is a youth engagement company and has grown significantly and more professional operationally; this growth inevitably exposed numerous gaps and areas within the company, which clearly needed attention for the benefit and survival of the company.

Many of the ‘gaps’ included communication, clarity of responsibilities and staff roles, planning techniques, management techniques etc.

Activity

Herman Stewart proved to provide a service, which exceeded our expectations. Over a programme of eight full day sessions, we were able to obtain a much clearer vision for the company and implement many practical solutions recommended by Herman.

Impact

The transformation within the company has been phenomenal and is clearly evident within the day to day internal running of the company, as well as the external - based on the amount of new business being attracted to the company, due to having a clearer vision and plan/strategy to work from.
